What is a .pdf file?

PDF is a document file format commonly used on the Web. You can download a .pdf viewer (Adobe Acrobat Reader) for free. When Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer, the .pdf file will open into your browser window. Simply print the document using FILE | PRINT, just as you would print a web page.

Is the printable order form available in any other document format?

Yes. For your convenience, we offer a Microsoft Word 97 version order form.

Can I fax in the printable order form?

Not at this time. But, we hope to add that option very soon.

Can I phone in my order?

Absolutely. To place an order by phone, call 888-579-1211 or 910-579-1211.

Can I rent an item for less than a week?

Yes. However, this is on an "as available" basis. We reserve items for weekly rentals only. Most of our items can be rented by the day or for multiple days after your arrival.

How early should I place my order?

The sooner the better, as our orders are filled on a first-come-first-served basis. To ensure availability and best-condition items, order early. Note, your credit card will not be billed until your order is delivered.

How do I know that the item will be available?

We can guarantee availability on orders only if place at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival. However, we will accept orders up until the day that you check in. (We simply cannot guarantee the late ordering.) Once we receive your request, and we have ensured that the items will be available, we will send you an email confirmation.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

Is there a charge for pickup and delivery?

We deliver those items noted on our order form: i.e., linens, cribs, and high chairs. The other items are to be picked up at our shop on the island of Sunset Beach between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Do you supply bike helmets with bike rental?

We have a limited supply of helmets. We encourage you to bring your children's helmets for a better fit and protection. We strongly encourage the use of bike helmets for both children and adults.
